The owners of this place are very understanding, accommodating and patient. I had booked this place for my dad to stay at the night before he had heart surgery in Halifax. The hospital moved his surgery date (postponed buy one day which added to his stress) and the property owners allowed us to move the booking to the next day. I can't tell you how much we appreciate you being so flexible and helpful. It means a lot to both me and him and it showed me there is humanity and kindness left in this world. You helped ease his stress before his surgery and helped remove the strain from his wallet. A hotel stay was too expensive. He called me when he checked in and was amazed at how nice the location is. He had nothing but good things to say. I can't thank you enough <3
