Objekat Hotel Pousada Pacaembu je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Sao Paulo, i to u četvrti Perdizes, na 15 min. This beautiful little boutique hotel was everything we look for when traveling. The owner/proprietor, Oscar, was incredibly helpful in regard to our every need/request. (And he is fluent in English!) The location is GREAT, with an absolutely fabulous restaurant directly next door. The property itself is so interesting with multiple fascinating characteristics ... the architecture, the courtyards, the koi pond, etc. And although we had heard so many things about how dangerous Sao Paulo is, we felt 100% safe, both in that neighborhood, and certainly on the property itself. (It is gated and requires facial recognition on a screen at the exterior entrance to get in.) Lastly, the price was great ... far less than we have paid for only average accommodations. Ratings of 10 across the board. If we are ever in Sao Paulo again, we will definitely stay here.

Only stayed one night but staff was kind and professional, facilities clean and reasonably modern and well maintained. Room was confortable, the view was not particularly great ... other close by buildings.

This 4-star hotel in São Paulo has a rooftop pool with panoramic city views. Each room has a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Staff was amazing! Even if i dont speak portuguese they did an amazing job! Also help me since i went to the hotel super early (4am) to rest!

Transamérica Executive Perdizes features a rooftop scenic pool and a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is served daily. Transamerica was my choice due to its proximity to Allianz Parque since the main reason for my trip to São Paulo was the Twice concert. It's not that close to a metro station (20-minute walk). However, it's perfect if you are attending an event at Allianz. In addition to location, another prerequisite for me comes with an office space. I work and study remotely, so that's a must. The room also has many sockets. It's essential nowadays, as we carry notebooks, cell phones, power banks, and so on. The breakfast offers variety, with replacements all the time, natural juices, and full of vegetarian options. And the service at reception was so warm, I felt at home. :)
