I rested well in this hotel: it was quiet, close to the city center (by uber & bus). Metro is within 15 minutes walk. The area is safe. Some people in reception spoke English, but communication has never been a problem - everyone tried their best. I loved the breakfast, free tea, coffee, and cakes. As someone who doesn’t speak Portuguese, everyone showed incredible patience and allowed me to take my time with translator apps and they always made sure I understood their responses! Service is a 20/10!
