Flat em frente ao Allianz Parque - HOTEL EM PERDIZES features accommodation within 5.2 km of the centre of Sao Paulo, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. We had an amazing experience with this host! Due to a mistake on our part, we originally booked a room for three adults instead of four adults and one child. The host contacted us promptly, was incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help us find a more suitable room within the same property at no extra cost. The flat itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the host's kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this host and their property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

It’s a really really good place to stay but you need to make sure before you arrive that you are registered on the system or you will not be allowed in the front door. It’s quite stressful when you arrive and you cannot get into the building because there isn’t any staff available to help you. Everything else about this place is perfect it is so clean and it is lovely location as long as you don’t mind taking an Uber into the centre of town. I was really happy but I was just apprehensive every time I came back to the hotel that I wouldn’t be able to gain so if you want a human to help you, you should really go to a proper hotel.
