The room is in his house so you don't have much privacy. But the room was nice, clean, quiet, with a big window. I enjoyed my stay and i even extended to stay one more night.

AC good, location was great, lots of space in apartment, fridge and washing machine worked well. Hot water. All the amenities were quite good and worked. Apartment is pretty classy, with nice tiles. Some of the staff at the complex the apartment is in were quite helpful in response to simple requests.
