Boutique & Spa Hotel Heaven tiene piscina de temporada al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Velingrad. Very good hotel, fresh homemade food, friendly staff. We felt like home, really warm and clean. We liked the atmosphere and all the decorations was amazing. Worth to go definitely. Room was really big size, bed was a comfy. Really recommend, I definitely come back there next year.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is walking distance from the center of the town and is relatively new. The room, the pool and the spa facilities were clean. The food for breakfast was very delicious, especially the tomatoes.

It''s my third stay there , over 5 years. This time, I took my mother there, for her 91st birthday, and she was delighted. The owners and the staff are as caring as they used to be, the pool is as nice as before, and everything is still functional and clean. The street is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. And when you walk around, the views are lovely.
