De and wellness center with a lot of upjacuzzis, swimming pools, saunas and steam baths. The inside pool it enormous and very pleasant. At night they put an ambient light so relaxing. The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. the swimming pool was warm and big enough. we enjoyed our stay

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Spa Hotel Kleptuza in Velingrad is located next to Kleptuza Lake and offers you modern rooms with balcony, indoor and outdoor pools, its own spa area with sauna and steam bath and a restaurant with a... My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.

We liked the room’s walls were well decorated, the bathroom was clean. The staff were accommodating. The breakfast was not a great variety but it was tasty (we had the pancakes) and we were full by eating them. The restaurant is really nice, too. Atmosphere and good veal.
