Novootvoreni, moderno dizajniran hotel s 4 zvjezdice Novotel Sofia nalazi se tik uz trgovački centar The Mall na bulevaru Carigradsko šose i 10 metara od Europskog trgovačkog centra. The front desk staff made our stay an excellent one. Radostin and Milan were extremely helpful, friendly and patient with our large group. They deserve an award for they fine hospitality. Check-in was seamless and professionally executed.

Offering extensive fitness and spa facilities with an indoor pool, this 5-star hotel is conveniently located in the foothills of Vitosha Mountain and just a 10-minute drive from the city centre and... The Food was very good. Also the staff was so nice to let us stay a couple of hours longer on our last day, since we had our baby daughter with us, who was in need of a nap. :) Thanks again for that.
