The staff was incredibly polite and accomodating, when we asked for a large taxi due to how much luggage we had, they even put in a special order. One day it was raining and the clerk offered us his umbrella for our brief trip outside. Outstanding.

Very comfortable room with everything needed for short stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Free access to gym and sauna which was really enjoyable. In an excellent location in the middle of Kapana with restaurants and cafes just outside the door. Highly recommend!
