The photos are very accurate. The hotel and its facilities give you a feeling of peace and comfort. Even though it was all booked when we stayed there, it didn't feel like crowded. We were almost by ourselves in the spa and indoor pool area and felt great in the outdoor pool. The fact that everything is new it's a plus. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are large and decorated with calming colors. The employees of the hotel are respectful and try to do their best. The restaurant is having a decent menu and the breakfast an amazing view toward the sea or the garden. There was always a place in the private parking when we returned from visiting.

Boasting a terrace, restaurant and views of garden, Matev Hotel is situated in Burgas City, 600 metres from Central Beach Sarafovo. The accommodation was immaculately clean. I arrived late at night and was provided an english speaker who actually got in my car and showed me the car park I needed to use for the night and also took my case and my daughters case back to the hotel for us. Service and apartment was impeccable.

Great central location, all shops and restaurants reachable in 2 -5m walk. Very close to the central Beach, 5-10min walk. Palma is in Burgas, Sarafovo, 200 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants in town; it offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. The staff is so helpful & nice. The rooms are renovated, nice, clean and spacious. We even had sea view from the balcony. The location is perfect, right beside restaurants, shops and the sea. Airport is 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended. When we come and visit again, we will stay here for sure.
