Situated in a residential area in Ghent, this hotel benefits from a convenient location a 2-minute walk from Saint Peter's Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the historical centre. Staff was very helpful. When we alerted them to the strong cooking fumes in the room first assigned to us, they immediately attended to the issue and offered to change our room to another room free of that issue. She also gave us good recommendations on restaurants.

The location was ideal being just a 5 minute walk from Gent Centraal station. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and slow paced. We, 3 females, felt very safe. The apartment felt bigger than actually pictured due to the high ceilings. The apartment is so well decorated and furnished that we enjoyed staying in and relaxing with the view. Oli was very communicative and easy to contact through WhatsApp. He sent a well thought out pdf with all the information we would need through What’s App after booking. We really appreciated that document. It made traveling so much easier. We highly recommend Casa Clementina!

So friendly and helpful. Location is also good, a 10 minite bus ride to the city center. Breakfast is great and rooms are also great and comfortable.
