Kevin our host is so pleasant and helpful (and fast). The apartment is clean and minimalistic but comfortable. We didn't find the box with the key because somebody opened the building door for us, and Kevin brought the key in a minute.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating about my strange check in time (as I was arriving late due to a work event), and made sure I settled in okay.
