This is the cleanest property I've recently been to!! Furniture is a bit outdated but it has a lot of storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you need (no washing machine though). It has a balcony overseeing the city and station (but there is no noise whatsoever) where we took our meals and relaxed. A lot of security doors at the entrance. Wifi works pretty well too. The host was super in reaching out, providing information and tips. Train station is across the road, so super easy to reach and move around and to go to city center.

The elegantly designed Avenue Deschanel B&B is located 1800 metres from Brussels-North Train Station and features high-tech in-room facilities including a home automation system. We had a wonderful stay here. The location was absolutely beautiful, a gorgeous break from the busy city with lots of great food options around and opposite a gorgeous park. The room was big and bright and clean, with amazing beds and drinks in the fridge. Youri and Florence were so welcoming and lovely, and gave us loads of great suggestions for places to eat out etc. breakfast in the morning was wonderful and we will definitely stay again if we return to Brussels!

Very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent with easy public transport access and supermarkets nearby. The owner was nice and responded to our questions very fast. We arrived to Brussels early morning and the owner was flexible to check us in before the given time. The apartment had a really comfortable bed, kitchen with all tableware needed. There is also a good coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a bath tub, also shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and a whole box of beauty products and sewing kit were provided. The whole apartment was very clean and smelled good.
