Very nice hotel, the staff accomodated to a special request without problem and the location of the hotel is obviously great, since it's connected to public transport, but also everything you need at walkable distance. Big, clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff, you can feel the work of professionals, a convenient elevator, (lift is very important), the room is well ventilated, there is a large window, the bed is soft, clean, the room fits luggage perfectly and there is a place to put your things, the bathroom is very clean and functional(no problems with hot water). There is an opportunity to leave luggage if you plan to walk around the city after checkout. The hotel responds to messages very quickly and finds the best solutions. I arrived in Brussels quite late(22:40) and was worried that the reception would not work, but I contacted the hotel and they surprised me by saying that there is no need to worry, the reception is open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to the bus/train station and to the city center, the location is ideal. 10 points
