Hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly, excellent location, and room was great. Breakfast was also exceptionally good. Also loved the little touches like the chocolates in the room and the Aesop products in the bathroom!

Great location, very central for alot of food places and shopping, alittle bit of a hike with heavy luggage over cobble stoned roads but we didn't know til we did it so no fault if the hotel hence the ratings
