Staff couldn’t be more helpful. We travelled from uk for football. The hotel was amazing, spotless and food beautiful, if we went back to Brugge would definitely stay in the same place

She was super friendly and gave us lots of tips and always made sure we had everything we needed. She also had available bikes to rent which we're very handy to go to the town center and other places. 10/10
