The tram stop from the train station is within 100 metres from the hotel. i liked everything about this place! the location is great, interior is to die for, the room smelled with cleanliness, stuff were so sweet, and, i mean, the price! if i ever go to antwerp again, i will stay only here. p.s. bring your earplugs, there is no soundproof, but i won’t mark it as a con anyway since the building is old and it is visible that the owners keeping it in great condition without major renovation

The check in was very efficient, the room is huge and really nicely decorated with 3 big windows looking over the street. Nice large bathroom with separate toilet. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and attentive. The street although just round the corner from the bustling Zuid area is lovely and quiet. Great location great place.

Pros: Property is near tram 1/10 stop from train station. Property is near many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. About 10 minute walk to the water and about 20 minutes walk to old town center but faster on the tram, from Museum stop. Host was wonderful left food for breakfast with preparation instructions in the fridge/freezer, coffee in room. Room is in the hallway of a multi story home but entire ground floor is for guest use, wonderful shower, washer in shower area which is a large space. Outdoor area for relaxing or quick meal. Safe area and quiet at night. Communication with host was easy, fast and very helpful; answered all responses quickly and correctly. Would stay again wonder place!

Loose leaf tea alongside the coffee amenity, as well as cream in the fridge, were very much appreciated. The check-in and housekeeping procedures were very straightforward and well-communicated.
