Room and bathroom were comfortable, great looking and clean. Hotel is very well located. There are plenty of bakerys, caffes, restaurants, stores and everything you need nearby. Central railway station is 5 min walk from the hotel. If I ever come back to Antwerpen I will surely stay at this hotel again.

Staff were outstanding, and went out of their way to help when I encountered noisy guests in the neighbouring rooms.

Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been kind, friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel's location is perfect - a few minutes walk from Antwerpen central station and very close to many restaurants , bars and shopping centres. Room has a good soundproof windows so we did not hear any noise from outside. Bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception was quick and efficient. Housekeeping kept our room in impeccable condition, and the breakfast was great. Our room was spacious and very reasonably priced. The location made it possible to see all of Antwerp by foot.

The Staff was really nice and helped out if there was some strange Homless people asking for money and won‘t leave… Also a spontanious late check out was possible, thanks for that. After the 3* Hotel we took in Brussel, this hotel seems like luxury and the price per night was almost the same.
