We booked a one-bedroom suite instead of a sea-view room and were assigned room 1808. Still, we were able to enjoy beautiful sea views and the Sydney Opera House from the balcony or bedroom! The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation, just a 3-minute walk from both the train and bus stations. The only thing to note is that the hotel doesn't provide housekeeping service, but an express service was provided on the fourth day of our stay! Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended!

We've stayed at the North Sydney Hotel more than 5 times now, and we consider it our home when in Sydney - we love it! The guest kitchen is fantastic, and makes is so easy to have a quick breakfast with kids. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, and the whole place has lots of character. All staff have been friendly and helpful.
