Sharelle was a great host. She adjusted to the arrival time, came down to open the garage door and show the parking slot and the apartment. She was very helpful with all sort of advice and offered various bonuses: milk, rolls, tram cards. She also quickly resolved a problem with a car occupying my parking slot. The location is very convenient both for reaching the downtown (by tram) as well as the campus of Monash University (by car).
