From the most comfortable bed to gorgeous toiletries to Nespresso coffee machine to built-in USB (B and C) charging ports. I especially appreciated the complimentary beers in the fridge - they were gluten-free and as a coeliac this was amazing! Honestly I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as I didn’t get to try the highly-rated food in the pub downstairs. Staff were friendly. Amazing location within free tram zone and directly across from the markets and Market Land coffee. Strongly recommend staying here, especially over the bigger name hotels which are more expensive but with worse service and need updating.
