The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes' walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. The location is perfect! It’s in the city center which is walkable to the CBD. The staff are super helpful and friendly as we have a child with us. They helped us a lot. The facility and breakfast are perfect too.

Located in a historic 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the boutique Treasury on Collins offers self-contained accommodation, well-positioned for trams, buses and taxis. The breakfast buffet was such a great start to the day- lovely food and a huge range suited both this diet conscious grandmother and a hungry 17 year old grandson - set us up for the day. I have stayed before (pre-covid) and was delighted to come again (from NZ or would be there more often). The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I also love the apartment style accommodation, which for example meant I could have an early night in the bedroom while my grandson watched TV in the living room. The location is terrific too - we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Exceptional service staff, super attentive and friendly and approachable. Special mention to the concierge staff that man the level 1 entrance, absolute legends. Room was always spic and span, room service was impeccable. An all round great stay.

Located in Melbourne CBD, Novotel Melbourne on Collins is just 300-metres from the iconic Bourke Street Mall. The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.
