El hotel es muy lindo, tiene una vista hermosa a la playa y está frente a la estación de tranvía. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, y el staff muy amable. Sonia de la recepción es muy amorosa. Nos ayudó en toda nuestra estadía. Volvería nuevamente!

El Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise tiene una posición elevada sobre la costa, se encuentra entre la zona de ocio de Cavill Avenue y el área de compras y restaurantes de Broadbeach, y dispone del tranvía... We are from the hospitality industry and this was our first time in the Crown Plaza. From the very first moment, Dani at the Front Desk gave us an excellent service, which made us feel so special even though we did not ask for anything extra, he genuinely offered it to us. These little actions made the service 5 star for us as we don`t really experience the same level of service at other luxury hotels anymore. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
