The location is great, it is a high end district. I liked to walk around and the hotel is connect to a shopping mall which is very convenient. Bed and room furniture is good.

When staying at Avani Broadbeach Residences you can wake up and enjoy the stunning Pacific Ocean views followed by a day spent on the beach, suntanning, swimming and surfing at Broadbeach, only 8... Very impressed with the front desk staff - especially from the guy who came from the US (apologies that I cannot remember his name!). The apartment was very comfortable for the 7-day stay. A little removed from the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach central - but close enough to still access it when needed. Our room was so very clean and so much thought has been put into the little extras... like being able to borrow beach equipment like an umbrella and boogy boards... Highly recommend!
