Gerçekten çok profesyonel bir yönetim anlayışı var. Sorularıma çok hızlı yanıtlar aldım. Konumu hem tramvaya hem de metroya çok yakın. Sokağında 2 adet büyük market var. Bunlar işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Evde her türlü imkan vardı. Viyana'ya tekrar gelirsem yine tercihim burası olur.

This apartment was so clean, smelled fresh and the modern decor added a much “welcome home” feeling each time we returned from activities of the day. The best part was how quiet it was! We were concerned about the noise of staying in the city and it was a pleasant surprise. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and full of natural light. Loved being able to open the windows and feel the fresh air and see the green treetops. Easy access to everything. Margaretha was so friendly and prompt with assistance and information for area restaurants, transportation details. We will rent here again if returning to Vienna.

Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!

One of the best apartments we have stopped while being on holiday😊New, modern renovation, bright rooms, comfortable beds and good bathroom. The hosts took care of their guests and the apartment has everything you need. Contactless communication with the owner. There is a tram stop near the house, 15 minutes to the center. And 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station. Everything was great and deserves the best rating. Thank you for two days of good sleep and comfort👍

Premium Residence at famous Vienna Kutschkermarkt, 18'de yer almaktadır. The apartment is in a really good position, above a pizza terrace. It is really big and the amenities are great. There is public transport right until the location.
