The property is in an excellent location, and is designed beautifully. I stayed in the small single room which was more than enough space and as well designed as the lobby and restaurant. The staff was kind and helpful - an ideal place to stay in Vienna and great value.

Objekat O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna je smešten prekoputa svetski poznate Bečke državne opere, nadomak kružnog puta koji vodi do gradske kapije Beča. A fantastic location on the Ring in Vienna almost adjacent to the Staatsoper. The room was great and the same is true for the breakfast. My flight arrived early in the morning from the USA so I was without any sleep that night. When I told them, they tried to get me a room asap and succeeded by giving me an upgraded room!
