We were warmly welcomed by the attendant Larissa, who was really helpful and efficient, and gave us good suggestions about Vienna, such as an excellent restaurant nearby, as well as all the information about the Christmas Markets. Finally, I would like to point out the other members of the hotel staff, such as Kader, who was also really kind and polite.
