I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were well-maintained every day. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions I wanted to visit. I also have to mention the staff, who were incredibly polite and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The room was not very spacious but it was cozy and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom offered body lotion and hair conditioner, which is not typical for most of the hotels lately. The staff at the reception and the bar was wonderful, polite and professional. At the reception, the hotel offered candies, water with oranges and apples. Very pleasant atmosphere in general!

The apartment was equipped with everything, and more. It was freshly renovated, everything is brand new. Well equipped and modern kitchen with all amenities, including a dish washer. The place is spotless, the bed was super comfy with extra pillows. There is a bathroom and another separate toilet, both equipped with complimentary toiletries. It is a studio where on the ground floor is the kitchen and the living room, while the rooms and bathrooms are in the upper level. Blinds and windows are automatically controlled by controllers accessible both from the ground and upper levels. The location is also perfect, on a quiet street, only ten minutes away from the city center by tram. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks are included. Communication with the owners was great and check in was super easy.

Molto comoda la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. L'appartamento è situato in periferia, ma il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti di tram, la cui fermata è davanti all'appartamento. Sotto lo stabile, ci sono supermercati, farmacia, diversi negozi e una panetteria in cui è possibile fare colazione la mattina. Tutto perfetto direi.Un 'altra grande comodità è il garage coperto sotto casa, raggiungibile con ascensore. Gli host Olivia e Mariano, sempre pronti a rispondere a dubbi e/o domande. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Basically my friends and i found this appartement amazing. It is clean, tidy, comfy and easthetic. Everything in the appartement caught our eyes, especially the quotes that hang on the wall. Almost basic necessary things are provided here. And it was also easier to communicate with the owner, fast respond when we need advise or solving our problem related to the appartement. And I'm willing to stay in this place again if I'd go to Vienna. Yes, this appartement is totally high recommended to stay if you're in Vienna.
