The staff are remarkable and the room was well positioned. I also enjoyed the Internet and wireless phone quality compared with other locations. The breakfast was always the same, but now that I'm back in the US I miss it. I stayed there for 26 of the 41 days I was in Vienna. I'll stay there if we return to Vienna.

El ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser es un hotel de 4 estrellas ubicado en Viena, frente a la sede de la ONU y el centro de convenciones Austria Center Vienna, y junto al estanque Kaiserwasser y su embarcadero,... La amabilidad del personal y la calidad del servicio, y en particular el restaurante, la comida me gustó mucho.
