She is very attentive and helpful. She informed us regarding the nearby grocery and transportation.There was plenty of information about the city in the appartement. The location was perfect and very quiet. We had a large and very private terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Walking to the center of Salzburg along the river was very pleasant and relaxing. It took 30 minutes. The bus to go downtown was an easy 5 minutes from the appartement. The rooms were a good size and everything was very clean. You can walk to the Old Town, or catch a bus nearby. There is no dedicated parking, but we were able to find a spot just behind the building. It was a good stay. Recommended.
