The personnel was very friendly and understanding. The breakfast was served at a very convenient hour, so even though we had appointments at 8AM we were still able to eat peacefully. When we had breakfast later almost before the end of the breakfast time, the staff went out of their way to prepare more food for us. There were no issues with the room, it was mostly as good as expected from the pictures. The bathroom was quite spacious which was a pleasant surprise. The service was truly exceptional.

The location was perfect for our needs close te the hospital that was the primary reason we were there. The host was very helpful with all the questions that we had and replied very fast.
