Very cozy place, 15minutes away from Linz centre by car, great and spacious room, delicious breakfast, underground parking directly accessible to your room. Very professional and helpful staff, especially Mr. Renee who was always so positive, helpful and representative. He made us feel like at home. The hotel offers self check in but I still prefer to talk to such a great personalities like he was. Breakfast staff was also very kind and helpful. We’ll be back for sure.

As we arrived the hostess brought out games for our children. The apartment is very clean, everything is new and equipped to a very high standard. Reserve a parking lot for us and there is an elevator in the building.

We enjoyed staying at this guesthouse - converted from an old farmhouse. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and we enjoyed meeting them and learning about the farm property.
