Set 100 metres from the Ambras Castle Gardens, family-run Hotel Charlotte is located in the quiet southern part of Innsbruck. It offers free parking and a rich breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice location. A bit outside the main city of Innsbruck, but only a 15 minute train ride to get there. The train is very close to the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk. The room itself was very nice. It had a small refrigerator, and a terrace. The breakfast was great, had a lot of nice items. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and even gave us some recommended activities while we were in Innsbruck. Would recommend and would stay again!

The quietly located Hostel Marmota on the outskirts of Innsbruck is 3 km from the city centre and 500 metres from Ambras Castle. Nice view. Clean room, Close to public transportation/city. Decent breakfast. Nice staff.

Apartment Tivoli by Interhome is situated in the Amras district of Innsbruck, 3.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum, 3.2 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and less than 1 km from Ambras... I like the location, easy to get to shops and public transport, another good thing it’s that flat has anything you need for comfortable stay, starting from all possible little and big things in the kitchen and finishing with as many as you need towels/bed linen/blankets/pillows, even washing liquid. Also its spacious, so I guess there easily can fit more then 2 adults and little child. Great views and quiet location. Playground next to the house, and many more walkable distance from the house. We visited on the summer time, and it was comfortable warm, even if it was +35 outside, or +16 at night.

Set 2.5 km from Innsbruck Central Station, Pension Friedl offers 3-star accommodation in Innsbruck and has a garden. Nice neighborhood location. #3 bus stop near.
