Parking in the hotel's garage, superb breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and especially being pet-friendly at a place without a speck of dust, is a fantastic experience I want to repeat as soon as possible. And spend more time at the roof-top terrace!

The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

Super cool apartment! It has everything you need, very well equipped. Even an air conditioner is available in the living room which made my stay even more pleasant. The host is nice and friendly, always willing to help. The location is great as it is very quiet during the night. It was much bigger than I expected!

We enjoyed our staying in Graz! The apartment was so cozy and comfortable for our family with 2 children. Everything what we need we had there. Great location, parking space and enough space for everyone. The owner Chris is so kind and helpful. We left some kids clothes in Graz but he had time to send it to us. It’s much appreciated.Thank you so much:) Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time, everything was clean and comfortable, the location was great, we plan to go back! We also had good communication with the host. We strongly recommend this facility.
