This small and friendly hotel is located in the district of Liebenau in the southeastern part of Graz, next to the Graz Ost motorway exit and only 3 km away from the city centre. It was easy to find. I’ve been parking. Staff was great. Food was good. Room was excellent clean water.

Situated conveniently in the Liebenau district of Graz, TT-ROOMS - kontaktlos mit Self Check-in is set 6.4 km from Graz Opera House, 6.7 km from Glockenspiel and 6.8 km from Grazer Landhaus. The self check-in process was smooth, reqesting to fill only car plate number and my birth date. The rest of the details were already filled by the booking. The terminal suggested up to 3 card-keys, and I selected 2. The room, though compact, was incredibly convenient and well-organized, with a perfect interior. It included amenities like an Induction Cooktop, electric kettle, and a capsule coffee machine, along with 3 coffee capsules and 3 tea bags. Additionally, there were 3 bottles of water provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The thermostatic faucet in the shower was a great feature.

It was cosy and big enough. The parking easy as well as the location to reach the city center. The personnel excellent, ready to help any time.

Offering inner courtyard views, Graz Liebenau is an accommodation set in Graz, 5.9 km from Glockenspiel and 6 km from Grazer Landhaus. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood. It was fully equipped with all the necessities and even more, the fridge had 2 cold beers, peaches and a wine. Moreover the host gave us detailed instructions for everything that it was needed and the parking was free. Thank you, everything was perfect!

Apartment was spacious, bathroom as well. There was a washing machine as well. Beds were comfortable. I didn't expect balcony. We didn't use tv as we came late. There is enough furniture for a longer stay. Kitchen equipped. Parking at the courtyard. Big plus.
