The receptionist at the hotel was exceptionally helpful, providing excellent assistance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The position of the hotel, the communication with the hotel stuff, the amenities. That is not a hotel room, but an entire apartment fully furnished and equipped that made me and my family feel like home. Great job and congratulations to the owners!

It was extremely easy to find the apartment and the instructions were clear. I used two codes to get into the building and into the apartment. There was no key, which was a strange new experience for me, but it all worked well. The apartment was spacious and newly furbished. The kitchenette was great! Even though it was freezing outside, the heating worked well. I would recommend packing a pair of slippers though as the stone floor in the bedroom was like ice.

Huge, light and airy, well organized apartment which was spottlessly clean and very well-equipped. Easy to access and above a lovely cafe-bar- restaurant which was always busy and sold excellent food. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there (not all on the same day!) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, nice people. We SO enjoyed our stay here and would thoroughly recommend.
