Boasting garden views, Kaiserreich I - Styrian Hideaway features accommodation with a terrace and a patio, around 1.9 km from Graz Clock Tower. It was the most perfect stay one could ever dream of! The location of the apartment is great - the area is clean, safe and quiet, the bus stop is right in front of the building entrance. On the opposite side of the street there is a nice bakery to have a breakfast or buy some fresh-baked bread. The views from the balcony (both from the apartment's balcony and the building's corridor) are picturesque. The apartment is stylish and very clean. The rooms are big enough for 3 people and as there were only 2 of us (me and my sister), we felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Every small detail is thought of and made as great as it could be (have you seen the decorations in the living room?). The mattresses are very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The Internet connection is stable and has a nice speed. The bathroom is spacious, the shower cabin is wide. The kitchen is very well equipped - there are pots, pans, baking sheets for the oven, a microwave, coffee machine (with capsules provided), electric kettle (tea selection provided). Also, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The most amazing part of the stay are the hosts. We had a welcome bottle of wine at the apartment and even chocolates! They were always available when we had questions and gave us really useful recommendations about the places to visit in the town. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful! We'll definitely visit again when in Graz.

Featuring garden views, Cosy Splendor / City Center provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1.2 km from Graz Town Hall. Great location, just 5 min walk from the old city. Apartment had two floors, on the ground floor there was a very nice terrace and a small garden, which we didn’t use because it was raining. The view from the bedroom is amazing, you can see the castle hill. Owner was very helpful, he arranged for us the cot for the baby and the baby chair, even though we stayed there only 1 night. The free parking was available.

Located in Graz, near Graz Clock Tower and Graz Town Hall, Pleasant City Apartment is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and tennis court. This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

**Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage** is set in the Geidorf district of Graz, 1.7 km from Graz Town Hall, 1.7 km from Cathedral and Mausoleum and 2.3 km from Graz Opera House. I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

All)) This is a wonderful apartment with a stunningly equipped kitchen, shower and toilet! A separate charm is the balcony-terrace, which is located with an exit from the kitchen! Excellent chairs and a table, where you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors.
