The host is extremely responsive and generously provided everything we could want including the Sube transit pass, lovely teas, coffee, olive oil, vinegar, water, beer, chocolates, and confectionery treats!! The apartment is well equipped, the bed is large and very comfortable and has all of the utensils and toiletries needed. The building is in the quiet and comfortably safe neighbourhood of Villa Crespo, 10 blocks from Palermo. It is modern and secure with an elevator and a terrace, exercise room and laundry on the top floor. There is a Dia supermarket next door, excellent bus transportation close by and the metro is a 10 minute walk. We chose to have the host pick us up inside the airport which worked out very well, as he showed us the highlights of the neighbourhood and introduced us to all of the features of the apartment and kindly changed some currency for us at an excellent rate.

The place is so clean and neat and the mattress is so comfortable! The area is very safe and close to Palermo which we enjoyed spending time. The host Marcelo and his wife are both very nice and accommodating, they waited for us to check in past midnight, Marcelo gave us some restaurant recommendation in the area. We are so grateful for their time and warmness! We had no issues at all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was very responsive and helpful. ideal location near cafes, metro, shops, and a fabulous park but off on a quiet street. The balcony was fabulous and provided outdoor environment with privacy. Washing machine came in handy!

The bathroom is very comfortable and was also very clean ☺️ Katy is a really nice host. She really cares that you feel like home :) The breakfast is very delicious (muy rico 😊!!) 😍 We had a great time there :)
