We had an amazing time at this place! What made our stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of the staff and the owner. From the moment we checked in, we felt truly welcomed. The owner even exchanged Peso for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. There were always small bites available in the lobby, even during the evening hours, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for its hospitality and excellent service!

The location was lovely, safe with tree lined streets, shady for hot summer days. The pool and outside patio were a cool and inviting place to hang out. The restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations.

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. We showed up at about 9:00am after a flight cancellation and our rescheduled flight was going to force us to check out at 1:30am. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They immediately allowed us to have breakfast (really good!!!) since we would miss it the next day. Before we finished breakfast, they provided a key to our room!!! They even made sure that a taxi was waiting for us at 1:30am. Also a great, quiet location. We will stay here for sure on our next trip to Buenos Aires!!!

Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
