Flawless. An excellent stay close to Recoleta cemetery. Large comfortable room with a balcony and solid aircon. Varied and generous breakfast included in our room rate. Heath and Spa facilities on the lower level and a small pool on the roof. Impeccably clean. I'll stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommendable.

Relaxing, modern, spacious, bath was bright with sufficient toiletries counter, comfy bed/pillows, bright tho not city view, all professional staffers, fixed the issue I had on the first stay appreciate it, breakfast was plentiful good bread, prime location walked to city attractions, groceries, eateries around. These people know hospitality business and made my stay stressless in a beautiful city! Thank you all.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff exceeded anything we have found in far more expensive and exclusive hotels. Luis and Will both had very good English skills which made life much easier! They always had very helpful suggestions and were full of advice on restaurants, bus routes and walking ways. they even gave us a Sube card to use. When we needed luggage labels or Antigen test results printed there was no issue. They even went to great lengths to find a lab who would oversee the test. Finally their help with blue dollars saved us so much money!
