We had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. This hotel is a first-class hotel. It was beyond our expectations, especially the client-oriented attitude of all the personnel. It's nice being treated as a VIP :-) Our room was super clean every day and we also had a special present on the occasion of my son's birthday and Easter. We also enjoyed chilling in the swimming pool which provides a beautiful view from the 18th floor !! Not to mention the excellent breakfast which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient as it is rather close to the Dubai mall. Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Dubai!

Strategically placed between new and old Dubai, Rove Trade Centre offers the perfect location for leisure and business guests alike. When I first arrived in Rove Trade Center, I was greeted with warm welcome by the front desk. Later that day, I heard from my family back in the Philippines that my mom just passed away that same day. As painful and heavy as it was, it somehow changed because most of the staff of the property exudes cheerful and positive energy. Their happy and friendly aura made my 4 days worthwhile. The service is fast, efficient and excellent. From the frontdesk staff to restaurant crews to my room cleaners, all of them are friendly, courteous, and just simply amazing. Although they didn’t have a clue about the sad news that happened, they managed to ask how I was, how was my food, how was my day, or did I enjoy my time. That alone gave me a huge relief and a break from the tremendous pain. This is definitely way beyond a normal customer service. THANK YOU, Everyone! You helped me and my heart in so many ways that made my days more bearable.

Located in Sheikh Zayed Road, this hotel is directly connected to Emirates Towers Metro and the Museum of the Future, and a few minutes drive from Dubai Mall. What was not to love? From the moment you get to the hotel, the staff are super attentive and helpful. The view of the Museum of the future was amazing too.

I was personally contacted by Mr. Mahmoud El Sayed, the Front Office Director—a true gem in the hospitality industry. His dedication to guest satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel was evident as he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. His proactive approach and genuine care completely transformed my perception of the property. To further enhance my stay, I was offered complimentary club lounge access, where I encountered the delightful and professional Miss Yasmin. Her hospitality skills and warm demeanor exemplified true service excellence. Additionally, I learned about the remarkable leadership of General Manager Ms. Anna Collier, whose commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is clearly reflected throughout the hotel’s operations. Thanks to the dedication and hospitality of this outstanding team, my stay turned into one of the best experiences I have had in Dubai.
