I recently stayed at your hotel for 14 nights (RM613), and it was absolutely amazing. the staff were all so helpful and accommodating from FO, HK & F&B. From the moment we arrived, all my requests were attended to right away, with great attention to details. As we requested for a room move and they are very kind to grant our request. Francis, you did an amazing JOB for assisting us with our luggage and other request. Not only that, but I also celebrated my wedding reception at the hotel too and booked additional room for 2 nights (RM614). Everything went off without a hitch. It was Executed Flawlessly! Salim from F&B was there to assist us throughout the night. We really appreciate your hard work. Also, the other staff who came to clean at the end of the night. Great job guys! A big shout out to the Filipino Chef - my guest was raving about the food you Cooked! It was Heavenly Delicious! As well as the Indian Foods! Mary Ann your help right from the start to end was invaluable. Your Kindness and Patience was so appreciated and made the process so much easier. I know I had a lot of requests, and you were always willing to help. I can't thank you enough for everything you did. I also want to give special thanks to Jenny who assisted my mom during breakfast when she was alone. It really meant a lot that she was taken care of as if family. She loves you! The breakfast selection was also amazing! Dilini & other HK Staff who assigned to us made sure our room was always clean and tidy. Well Done! This 4-star hotel in Dubai is a 5-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates. Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge village are also within 10 - 15 mins drive. It was the best hotel in Dubai to stay with family. Perfect location and very professional and humble staff. It exceeded our expectations
