The tower was amazing very clean , brand new , the staff very generous and helpful they send us water bottles everyday, Coffee and tea . The kitchen equipments were brand new and clean. The front desk staff are excellent especially. Mr Fayez , Mr. Khalid were very helpful and kind. Of course I will stay again when I come to Dubai. It’s luxurious hotel .

Es dotu viesnīcai 5*, nevis 3*, kā tā ir oficiāli novērtēta. Viss tīrs, sakārtots. Numuriņš mazs, bet viss ērti un komfortabli. Brīnišķīgi higiēnas/ ķermeņa kopšanas piederumi vannas istabā. Ļoti gardas un bagātīgas izvēles brokastis un vēl fantastiskākas vakariņas. Liels paldies darbiniekiem Kumar un Ivy - par ļoti profesionālu un atsaucīgu apkalpošanu. Kumar palīdzēja samainīt citu numuriņu, jo pirmajā piedāvātajā diemžēl kāds bija smēķējis un uzkopšanas personāls, lai maskētu šo smaku, bija izmantojis pārāk daudz telpu aromatizatorus, kas nespēja nomaskēt smēķēšanas aromātus. Pēc mūsu lūguma un sūdzības par šo situāciju, kāda jauna meitene recepcijā (dabīgi ļoti lokainiem, čirkainiem matiem) mums atbildēja, ka nav citu numuriņu. Darbinieks Kumar iesaistījās un solīja palīdzēt atrisināt šo situāciju. Otrs numuriņš bija dievīgs - paldies, tas izglāba visu uzturēšanās laiku šajā viesnīcā :)

Strategically placed between new and old Dubai, Rove Trade Centre offers the perfect location for leisure and business guests alike. The location was super good. The room was so clean. Provided free parking. All the employees are so kind. Specially thanks to Karen who did our check in. She made quick check-in. She is always ready to answer ur questions and complete your request. And thanks to Mya who did our check-out was so kinda :) And biggest Thanks to Management of Rove Hotel to make our stay memorable ! Best Regards.

Get the celebrity treatment with world-class service at JW Marriott Hotel Marina JW Marriott Hotel Marina is directly linked to the Dubai Marina Mall, while the beach is nearby. I loved everything. The staff was superb and they supported everything we needed. Excellent quality of service. I have no words to describe this experience. Absolutely phenomenal! I didn't know that accommodation could be an experience until I stayed here. We travelled with our 1 year old. We arrived at 6AM after a 7 hour flight, and the person that checked us in, was able to get us into the room at that time. Usually other hotels would tell you to wait until 12PM but here was different. This made all the difference because we were super tired. The room had a spectacular view of the Marina, soundproofed, sparkling clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi had no password so it was super easy to access and tell other family members that we were OK. The location was excellent for us because the hotel is connected to a mall with everything you'd need. You just need to get downstairs and you're at the mall. We bought groceries for our 1 year old there. After a few days, we felt the need to have a kitchen because we needed to cook fresh food for our daughter. Since I was the one that made the mistake of not choosing a room with a kitchen, I called the reception and asked how much would it cost to upgrade to a room with a kitchen. After a few minutes they called back and said that they would send us to a room with a kitchen for free. That was it for me. I was NOT expecting that at all! They took me completely by surprise. The new room had an even better view than the previous one, a balcony, dish washer, and a washing machine. The staff would even wash the dishes for us when we left the room in a hurry. The night we left the hotel to fly back home, the staff offered a breakfast at 4:30 AM which is way before they open the kitchen. I remember a few names (apologies if I misspell a few names): Suman - Fantastic staff member that helped us move to the new room with a kitchen Rayas - He was always kind to our daughter and offered balloons to her (which she loved)

Located in Sheikh Zayed Road, this hotel is directly connected to Emirates Towers Metro and the Museum of the Future, and a few minutes drive from Dubai Mall. Izcilas brokastis. Ļoti liela dažādība. Daļa no produktiem (piemēram olas) tiek sagatavoti pēc viesa vēlmēm. Viesnīcai ir atsevišķa, ar nākotnes muzeju kopēja izcili tīra, kondicionēta un apsargāta ieeja (tunelis) no metro. Ļoti ērti, viegli sasniedzami un droši. Blakus atrodas Nākotnes muzejs. Izcila tīrība un kvalitāte. Viesnīcas numuros panorāmas logi. Automātiski atverami aizkari. Ērtas gultas un spilveni. Manā numurā bija gan vanna, gan duša. Labs kondicionieris.
