We loved everything about it! We were early for check-in, but they stored our suitcases and said we can use their pool and beach; after 10min they sent us message that our room is ready and that was 3 hours before the official check in time. Room was modern, spacious and clean - they cleaned it every day (thank you Dipendra!). Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. You get a fresh towel at the pool and the beach every time. Last evening they brought us fruit and sweets for free, which was a very nice gesture. Last day we had to leave before the breakfast but they prepared us 'breakfast box' with juice, coffee, wrap and croissant and they also arranged us a taxi to the airport (thank you Ivan and Hari!).

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, and the cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. I’d especially like to recognize the restaurant staff, particularly Prince and the chef, for their exceptional service. I have a lengthy list of food allergies, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The chef took my list seriously and ensured that every meal was prepared with care. Prince checked in with me daily to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my meals, showing genuine interest and kindness. Overall, the personalized service and attention to detail made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming environment with top-notch service.

Jeden z lepszych hoteli, w jakich byłam, a dużo podróżujemy i jesteśmy z branży hotelowej, świetne pokoje (z widokiem na zatokę), doskonale wyposażone, śniadania, restauracja Asia Asia, plaża, baseny, i na koniec najważniejsze - wielkie podziękowania dla całej załogi hotelu, jesteście the best! ❤️❤️❤️

Luksusowy hotel Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah usytuowany jest na ekskluzywnej wyspie Palma Jumeirah, przy plaży Palm West Beach. Magnific experience ! Thank you so much Hilton The Palm and Miss Norina from Hilton Honors reception for helping us celebrate 25 years toghether🙏When we got to the reception we were welcomed by Miss Norina with a great smile . We are so gratefull to Miss Norina because when we told her about the reason we came, she prepared us an amazing surprise in the background before checking in . We received a complimentary early checkin and a late checkeout . When we first got to the room we noticed we were upgraded to an amaaazing suite !… with a gorgeous 180 degrees full see view of The Palm and the Skyline , higher floor right on the middle of the hotel!!! The housekeeping team had already prepared in advance a beautifull chocolate cake with our 25th aniversary text written with chocolate letters … On the bed there were balloons and other stuff for celebration . We also want to mention Miss Gabriela from the Lounge who upgraded us with breakfast and tea happy hour at the lounge at the 13th floor . She is a very pleasant person and really knows how to entertain a good conversation . We also have to mention Miss Asmae from the guest relations who came to us at the end asking about how our stay , Miss Jeniffer and Miss Noela from the reception and Mr. Titus who assisted us with our lugage , a very nice person . Thank you Hilton and thank you again Miss Norina, you certainly made our celebration a one to remember and I know that none of this would have happened if it wasn't for you to make us a surprise like this from the heart .

It’s a very good experience of staying. The staffs in Raffles are all friendly and enthusiastic about helping people!
