Really nice property in the palm. Everyone was so lovely and eager to help with whatever you needed. The facilities were amazing and even though the pool was shut, we still had the nice gym to go to! I felt so well looked after by everyone and the rooms were so nice as well.

She was very kind and welcoming. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.

I really liked that hotel. Clean and nice, well maintained. There is also a pool available on the top floor but I did not have a chance to see it. There was everything needed on the room so no problems there. Room was cleaned daily, that was nice. Can not really complain about anything.
