Ļoti gardas un bagātīgas izvēles brokastis un vēl fantastiskākas vakariņas. Liels paldies darbiniekiem Kumar un Ivy - par ļoti profesionālu un atsaucīgu apkalpošanu. Kumar palīdzēja samainīt citu numuriņu, jo pirmajā piedāvātajā diemžēl kāds bija smēķējis un uzkopšanas personāls, lai maskētu šo smaku, bija izmantojis pārāk daudz telpu aromatizatorus, kas nespēja nomaskēt smēķēšanas aromātus. Pēc mūsu lūguma un sūdzības par šo situāciju, kāda jauna meitene recepcijā (dabīgi ļoti lokainiem, čirkainiem matiem) mums atbildēja, ka nav citu numuriņu. Darbinieks Kumar iesaistījās un solīja palīdzēt atrisināt šo situāciju. Otrs numuriņš bija dievīgs - paldies, tas izglāba visu uzturēšanās laiku šajā viesnīcā :)

I wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai. We chose to celebrate my birthday there, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome. Upon entering our room, I was delighted to find a surprise birthday setup with balloons and rose petals, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. Additionally, we were treated to delicious birthday cupcakes, making the celebration even more special. On our last night, we requested a room with a view, and Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla graciously accommodated us in a larger suite with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. On our final day, they surprised us with a fruit platter, a sweet gesture that added to our delightful experience. Our stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai was truly memorable, filled with unforgettable moments that we will cherish for a lifetime. We look forward to visiting La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai again on our next trip to Dubai.

The property was located in a perfect place walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants it was super convenient! Staff were friendly and very helpful and respectful. The gentleman at reception very helpful respectful and kind. The property was CLEAN which was very important to me and was very spacious. Mrs Navruza was such a great help with any questions I had she was excellent due to her quick response and attentiveness also very welcoming. She made sure to make it feel like a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I would definitely be recommending to friends.

Stay Close to Downtown Dubai A Four-Star hotel conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road facing the Downtown Dubai. The perfect address to access and explore Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Very comfortable and spacious apartments, perfect location and of course people. Special thanks to Ahmed, Saroj and Rafik, they really made my stay outstanding.
