The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly escorted us to our room. They provided us with detailed explanations, ensuring our stay got off to a great start. What was particularly surprising was the affordability of everything on the premises, which was unexpected given the room prices. The museums and gallery added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a period of conflict, but the staff continued to look after us, ensuring our safety and well-being. Despite the challenging circumstances, I still wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel. It’s a testament to the fact that you don’t need to fear visiting Bethlehem even in the current situation. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. A special thanks to Bisher and Marouan for their exceptional service.

Located around 1.4 km from St. Perfect.hotel is absolutely new,spotless.Beautiful design,rooms are well equiped,bathroom design was very nice,everything was just like in pictures.staff was absolutely nice and helpful. Located in Ramallah, within 200 metres of Al Manara Square and less than 1 km of Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center, Ocean Grand Hotel - Ramallah provides accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi... We had a wonderful stay. Very helpfull and kind staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel.
