We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.

Perfect location for the harbour, ferries, shopping and restaurants in downtown. Parking space underground was very convenient for us and though there was a charge this was lower than most hotels charge in the area at $32 a night. Room very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool! Will be staying again.

Quest 256 Lambton se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Wellington CBD v destinaci Wellington. Good location near the waterfront. The manager Koa was courteous, considerate and helpful. Upon my request for a quiet room, he gave me an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment facing an inner courtyard and provided a late checkout upon learning my late departing flight. Everything in the apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I will stay there again when I am in Wellington again.
