Very clean , helpful and super friendly staff, good location (very quiet at night). What I love most - very comfortable bed, it’s extremely important for me and it’s 10 out of 10. One very small advise for the management - check the pancakes and croutons at the breakfast, I guess they should look like more attractive as in the pictures. At least at 50-60% :) But I am in love with your place - will come back for sure.

House is very cosy , you feel home especially with the owner Lyoudmila . She is the best , very kind and helpful ! Place is perfect as well , near to the center as well as to tourist attractions

Level býður upp á garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og bar í Osh. Gististaðurinn er með fjölskylduherbergi og barnaleiksvæði. Everything was perfect. Large room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Stuff speaks excellent english and is very helpfull. Breakfast was also good, with espresso coffe maker.

It is located a little bit outside of Bishkek, so it was very quiet during the night. The view of the mountains was amazing. The staff was very helpful with everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely lovely—spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and the views from the window were just beautiful. The facilities were top-notch too; the gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. They also had a special New Year breakfast buffet that had all of my holiday favorites like: Christmas cookies, various cold cuts, and hot chocolate. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Very helpful and kind staff and decent enough breakfast. The stay was comfortable and quiet enough. And the location is right at the heart of the city.
