One of the best places I have ever stayed. Beautiful place and friendly staff. We were the only people at the lodge at the time and were treated like royalty. The e-bikes and jeep hire was awesome. The sunset view from the dusk game drive is breathtaking.

We paid for a small room but since we were staying for a long period, I think they upgraded us to one of their biggest rooms which is the size of an apartment and came with a large balcony. Felt very luxurious. It was also great having the rooftop restaurant so close on the top floor and the free breakfast that came with that. The location of the hotel is also very central.

Extremely helpful, they arranged trips and a local driver for me. Very friendly people. They even prepared a breakfast to go for me because I was setting out early one day.

Located in Kasane and with Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park reachable within 6 km, Jackalberry Chobe provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everything was just awesome. The staff is incredibly nice, Spha (the chef) is an amazing cook! My wife is a celiac, she can`t eat gluten, and they manage to prepare her even gluten-free bread, cake and pasta!! The game/boat drives we had were the best ones we`ve had, by far. Kabo, our guide, managed to find every animal we wanted to see (even leopard and hyenas) and somehow was able to answer every question we threw at them. The tents are amazing: you would think that given that it`s tents you`d find a lot of bugs, but we didn`t see a single bug inside our tent during our 3-days in the hotel. The balcony view from our room was just overlooking the river, and we manage to see buffalos, impalas and hippos just passing by. We were even woken up one day by monkeys knocking on the roof and the walls! As a bonus, the internet connection works well, even from the rooms and the borderless pool overlooking the river is also great. We had 3 amazing days at Jackalberry!!

I had to leave one day earlier due to personal reasons the staff even offered refund for the one night even the booking was non-refundable. This kindness was very nice.

Majestic Five Hotel có hồ bơi ngoài trời, trung tâm thể dục, khu vườn và sân hiên ở Palapye. Excellent service! Dunner and breakfast exceptional. Various options, but buffet definitely the best choice. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Will most definitely recommend.

My 10 rating goes straight to the staff of this Lodge. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much for them. We could even hand in laundry before we checked in, our rooms were moved to accommodate us. The rooms were immaculate. Safe secure parking and we had a lovely inhouse dinner and delicious breakfast. We will be back, for sure. Thank you.
